NAMASTE KATHMANDU

Namaste Kathmandu is my graduation project, and it holds a very special place in my heart. In the year 2000, armed with a Nikon F100 and a single 28mm lens, I set out on a journey to Nepal with a backpack filled with 100 rolls of slide film. I dedicated four intense days to documenting the lives of a group of street children in Kathmandu, capturing moments that have stayed with me ever since. This project signifies the beginning of my entire photographic journey, and I feel deeply connected to it. For my graduation, I presented this series of images in a book, sharing a piece of that experience with others.
